Registration for Summer 2025 opens Dec 7th
Next summer, Caz Northwest will host two weeks of camp, to allow more families and friends to experience the Caz mix of art, creativity and community.
Session 1 will run from June 29 through July 5, and Session 2 from July 6 through July 12.
We plan to open registration on Saturday, Dec 7th, 2024 at 9 AM. Now is a good time to reach out to family and friends and decide which week you would like to attend next summer.
Updated Covid Policy
The Caz Northwest Board has updated our Covid Policy. The biggest change is that we will no longer require a rapid test upon arrival if campers 1) are up-to-date with their vaccinations, 2) submit the usual medical form, 3) self-administer a rapid test within 24 hours before arrival, and 4) show a photo of their negative self-test at arrival.
• Free Covid tests can be ordered through USPS. If your self-test is positive, please stay home.
• For anyone unable to self-test and/or document the result prior to camp arrival, we will provide a Covid rapid test upon arrival, as we did last summer. Anyone who receive a positive test result will be asked to return home.

Board News
With members of the Caz Northwest Board spread across three states, our meetings are virtual with one exception: our annual, in-person gathering in Olympia. During this year’s meeting, we sorted some aspects for the coming 2025 camp, then Tiffany Sparks-Keeney facilitated a discussion on mission. We realized we already share a remarkably consistent concept of the Caz Northwest mission, but it is still a challenge to capture the who, how, and why of Caz in a pithy statement. After some fine-tuning at our next meeting, we look forward to sharing that statement with everyone.
